Holiday Cheeseball Recipe

Impress your guests with your culinary talents, through one simple recipe. Our holiday cheeseball will look impressive on your table and will taste delicious. It is a fantastic way to get more tea into your diet even if you don't drink tea!

 Holiday Cheese Ball



  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 8 ounces medium cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoons of Mississippi Sunshine Poultry Rub
  • 1/2 cup green onions sliced
  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberries chopped
  • 1 cup of pecans chopped small

  1. In a large stand mixer, add the cream cheese and whip until smooth. Add sour cream, cheddar cheese, green onions, dried cranberries and Mississippi Sunshine Poultry Rub in increments so that everything incorporates evenly. Do not add all at once. Mix until smooth about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Cover and put mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour to chill.
  3. Lay mixture on wax paper on your counter. Shape the cheese mixture into a ball.
  4. Roll the cheese ball into the chopped pecans. Place on a dish and serve with crackers.
