Shipping policy

Swag/Merch and Gear orders (excluding silicone infusers and tea press) will be fulfilled by multiple vendors.

Not all of your items may come in one box.

All items are shipped from farm via USPS.

All orders are shipped within 3 business days of order.

Returns are accepted by emailing info@greatmsteacompany.com with the order number and issue with the order. We will either refund the full amount or make the order right in a manner acceptable to the buyer.
