What is a Turkey Tail Mushroom?
Turkey Tail is a beautiful, fan-shaped mushroom that grows on logs and tree trunks, named for its colorful stripes that resemble a wild turkey’s tail. It’s been used for centuries around the world and is valued today for its earthy taste and unique natural compounds. In tea, it adds a mild, woodsy depth that pairs well with herbs and spices.
Flavor profile:
This tea has a lovely Blueberry flavor. When brewed correctly, you will get little to no earthy notes.

- Turkey Tail Powder and Extract
- Blueberry Powder
- Blueberry Extract.
